How do I request Media Credentials for the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance?

To request Media Credentials, please download our media form , fill it out and fax the form to Linda Hart, Director of Sponsorships & Media Relations, at (904) 636-0171 or email to lhart@ameliaconcours.org.  ALL REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 1, 2008. Upon receipt of your Media Credential Request, we will send a letter confirming or denying your request.

Please note:

• A Media Credential Request must be submitted for each representative from your publication, including photographers.
• If your credential request is approved, a photo ID will be required when you pick up your credential
• No credentials will be mailed.
• Requesting Media Credentials is not a guarantee that credentials will be issued.

What are the Media Room hours of operation?

Thursday, March 6th 3 - 5 p.m.
Friday, March 7th 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 8th 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, March 9th 6 a.m. - 12 noon

The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance and its staff are not responsible for any items left unattended in the Media Room.
